The fees for Inward and Outward Domestic Payments (ACH, WPS and RTGS) have been revised effective from 1st July 2026.

Please note that from the 15th December 2025, HSBC Bank Middle East Limited (Oman branch) (“HSBC”) will be able to offer you the partial payment of a cheque if there is an insufficient balance in the applicable account to honour the full value of a cheque.

HSBC would like to inform customers that it is a member of the Bank Deposit Protection Law ("the BDP law”) (regulated by Royal Decree 47/2024) which provides customers with deposit insurance coverage with a compensation ceiling of 20,000 Omani Rials.

General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Banking

The General Terms and Conditions are terms governing your account(s) and/or E-Channels such as HSBCnet held with us. The following items are collectively known as the General Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Master Services Agreement (including the Confidentiality and Regulatory Annex) applies to all our corporate customers throughout the world.
  2. If you have requested for us to provide you with new HSBCnet master profile, the E-Channels Services Schedule, the HSBCnet Annex and the Security Measures will apply to your use of HSBCnet.
  3. The Oman Country Conditions supplements and modifies the Master Services Agreement that applies to your accounts and/or E-Channels in Oman only. Even if you already have an account or E-Channel with HSBC elsewhere, you need to read these Country Conditions when you open an account or take an E-Channel with HSBC in Oman.
  4. The Oman Account Disclosures set out some additional information with regards to your account in Oman. Even if you already have an account with HSBC elsewhere, you need to read these Account Disclosures when you open an account with HSBC in Oman.
